Every year, we stayed open for the Cambodian New Year, (13-17 April), this year the Boat/Water and Moon Festival( from 1-3 November). We wish you a very good year, with great journeys, and great health to you and all those around you. We welcome all the tourists come from round the world, who wish to stay with our Traditional Cambodian Maison during exploring Ancience Temple, Angkor Wat ! The staff of La Villa Loti, who have been many times praised for their dedication and good spirit, has participated in the quiet evolution of La Villa Loti and participates everyday to its good name. We have taken in account the remarks of our guest who, we know, also participate in the charming place.

The price of our rooms includes All TAXES and BREAKFAST. A WELCOME Air-Con CAR (or a TUK TUK) with an english speaking driver can pick you up from the airport, bus station or pier (if come by boat) . If you prefer to be picked up by using our service, you are requested to give us with your schedule flight/bus/boat number and arrival time. This special service transfer provided for our reservation guests only.

This Traditional Cambodian Mansion is an elegant wood and brick country house of 8 rooms decorated, we sincerely hope, with taste and respect for tradition. Each room is air-conditioned with ceiling-fans and individual en-suite bathroom. We are located in an nice part of town, along the Siem Reap River on the ancient track to Angkor Wat. The main entrance of the Temple is located at only 2.2 miles (3.5 km), we are just a few minutes away from the old market (Psah Chas) with less than a mile.

At the entrance, the wooden Buddha figure with two bowing Apsaras (shown above) welcomes you, bringing serenity and meaning to your stay in Angkor. On the first floor the two rooms and junior suite open on a large and fresh amply shaded terrace, which can be enjoyed privately but invites equally to a peaceful discussion with the other guests. On the ground floor two rooms with a private veranda and the two small suites have direct access to the garden. La Villa Loti is decorated with authentic Cambodian furniture (king-size double beds) and objects of quality. Some pieces of decoration are more than a century old.

La Villa Loti and the Siem Reap Angkor

Siem Reap is an enjoyable village-town, which develops everyday with the ever-growing interest in Angkor Wat and in the ancestral and hospitable country where it lays, the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Villa Loti is situated in town, in the part closest to the temples, near the Angkor Conservation and some of the best hotels in town (which I will not name to avoid any controversy). You do not cross the town when coming or going to the Temples, it is appreciable. It is at equal distance of the two main markets, the Psah Leu, the new market, and the Psah Chas, the traditional market, and center of town, which attracts both the locals and the tourists. The Psah Chas is about 5 minutes from the Villa (less than a mile). With about the same time to the site main entry and just more than two miles from the Angkor Wat temple majestic entry, we remain one of the closest accommodation places to Angkor without having to leave town for that.
